We will provide a highly detailed & itemized bill of quantities for materials, labour, plant and equipment, from programming through working drawings. Realistic cost information from a contractor’s perspective is our specialty. Summary and detail sheets are presented in CSI format, or Uniformat.

• Planning and Scheduling

EDM Services delivers high quality Planning and Scheduling Services at Tender, Pre and Post Construction Stage. We use most renowned Software Primavera Project Planner (P6) to develop the Schedules. Our Schedules are time and Cost Integrated for proper forecasting of Cash flow. We load our Schedules with Resources, machinery and materials to proper forecast the Project progress and Budget.

• Project Controls

EDM Services also provide the services of Project monitoring / Tracking. Once the Project is onboard, we update the P6 Schedule throughout Project life cycle and also properly forecast to manage resources peak and budgets. We also provide the fully customized Tabular and graphical Reports in Standard Format or as per our Customer’s Templates.

• CAD Conversion

EDM Services delivers high quality CAD Conversion Services, helping you to convert paper, PDF and scan-based drawings into accurate and editable CAD drawings. We manually re-draft in CAD all the necessary conversions, making reference to the original hard-copy or raster-based drawings.
